Privacy Policy

The short version

This is a static informational website. We collect the minimum a modern website collects: analytics about how the site is used, and whatever you choose to send us through a contact form. We do not sell personal information — not to anyone, not for anything.

What we collect

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how visitors move through pages. These services set cookies and process data under their own privacy policies. We see aggregated and session-level usage data, not your name.
• Form submissions. Contact and intake forms on this site are relayed by formsubmit.co to our email. What you type in a form — typically your name, email, and message — is transmitted through that service and lands in our inbox. We use it to respond to you and for no other purpose.
• Calculator inputs. Figures you enter into on-site calculators are processed in your browser. MarginSignal OS does not store them server-side.

What we don't do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not run advertising or share data with ad networks.
• We do not ask for, and you should not submit, protected health information or other regulated data through this website. Verification engagements are governed by separate written agreements with their own data-handling terms.

Email

If you email us or submit a form, we keep the correspondence as ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email brandon@marginsignalos.com. We respond to every request from a real person.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. We will not quietly repurpose data collected under an earlier version.
